Owner / Coach
Jessica Seaver

Jess started her softball career at the age of 8 and traveled to multiple cities / towns until the age of 21 playing competitive softball. Graduated from Albertus Magnus with bachelors degree in Sports Management where she has dedicated the last 8 years to the fitness industry and earning multiple certifications expanding her knowledge. It is all about challenging yourself in and out of the gym through a variety of training methods to what build the confident to succeed in life.
Owner / Coach
Kurt Garceau

Kurt started at a young age playing hockey and lacrosse. He attended Canterbury Prep School and went on to play Division 1 lacrosse at Army. He has spent the last 12 years dedicated to the fitness industry. His passion is helping athletes unlock their full potential through strength, conditioning, and sports training.
Special Needs Instructor
Taylor Moore

Taylor is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Assistant Varsity Coach for Branford High School. She received her Bachelor and Master degrees from Southern CT State University, where she was a 4-year member of the Women’s Soccer team. She has been coaching soccer for 13 years at the youth level (ages 4-18) and has her F Youth license as well as high school soccer certification. Outside of coaching, Taylor works in a special education outplacement school with individuals with various disabilities as a SLP! She is CPR, First Aid certified.
