YOUTH DEVELOPMENT (6-10Y)

About Youth Develop-ment

At Division X Training, our Youth Development Program is designed to give kids ages 6–10 the perfect foundation for athletic success. We focus on building coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence through fun, high-energy workouts. This stage of training is all about movement mastery—learning how to jump, land, run, and change direction with control and purpose. Our experienced coaches know how to keep young athletes engaged, challenged, and most importantly, excited to come back.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Each athlete is guided based on their ability and readiness, ensuring they feel encouraged—not overwhelmed. Whether your child is brand new to sports or already competing, this program will help them build a strong athletic base that translates to any field, court, or rink. Most of all, we create an environment where kids can grow in strength and confidence while having fun and feeling supported.

Division X helped me level up in every area — speed, strength, and confidence. The coaching here pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, and that mindset is something I’ve carried with me into college soccer.
